We had this investigated through a customer satisfaction survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\">The result is an incredibly nice compliment. Our customers have given us a score of 8.4 and have increased our Net Promoter Score (NPS) to +50. A score to be proud of!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\">We\u2019d like to share some of the praise that came straight from the customer satisfaction survey. These words are not only a recognition of our work, but also a motivation to continue our efforts.
