In doing so, Twence makes a significant contribution to regional sustainability goals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>This development calls for a robust and future-ready <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/expertises\/asset-management\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/expertises\/asset-management\/\">Asset Management<\/a> framework in which technology and processes reinforce one another.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From ASPM to APM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Johan Amsing, Managing Consultant at Ideo, explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u201cWithin our long-term partnership, an important milestone has been achieved with the transition from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-asset-performance-management-apm\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-asset-performance-management-apm\/\">SAP ASPM to SAP Asset Performance Management (APM)<\/a>. The solution, now live, enables the registration of asset risk scores and the determination of the most appropriate maintenance strategy. In addition, FMECA analyses are used as a structured methodology for defining the right maintenance approach.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enhanced Functionality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u201cThe integration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-s4hana\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-s4hana\/\">SAP S\/4HANA<\/a> has been improved, and technical complexity has been reduced through the use of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-business-technology-platform-btp\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-business-technology-platform-btp\/\">SAP Business Technology Platform<\/a>. With systems more seamlessly connected, relevant APM information is now immediately available within S\/4HANA, in a familiar environment for end users. Moreover, APM is functionally richer: in addition to the implemented asset strategy, asset health capabilities are now available, and the IoT layer is open for further utilization.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u201cIn 2026, Twence also began implementing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-fiori\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.ideo-nl.com\/en\/solution\/sap-fiori\/\">SAP Fiori<\/a> and the 9-phase model.
