Customer satisfaction survey 2023

Even after 25 years, there is the ambition to do better for our customers, but how well are we doing at the moment? We had this investigated through a customer satisfaction survey.

The result is an incredibly nice compliment. Our customers have given us a score of 8.4 and have increased our Net Promoter Score (NPS) to +50. A score to be proud of!

We’d like to share some of the praise that came straight from the customer satisfaction survey. These words are not only a recognition of our work, but also a motivation to continue our efforts. We will do our best to fulfill these high expectations in the coming years:
