Fiori: My Timesheet App for time booking in SAP (CATS)

The ‘My Timesheet’ app is a Fiori app specifically developed for booking hours in SAP. This app can be accessed via a smartphone, tablet, or laptop and integrates with your backend SAP ECC system. Fiori apps are responsive, meaning that the layout of the application automatically adjusts to the device being used.

How does it work?

The My Timesheet app is intuitively structured. In the home screen, one or more days can be conveniently selected for which the employee wants to manage hours. At the bottom of the screen, an overview is displayed showing the number of hours worked, as well as the amount of hours contractually agreed upon for this period. Additionally, the details of the bookings are visible, as well as the status of these bookings. The status indicates whether the bookings have been released and approved.

Features of the My Timesheet app

  • View details of your weekly time bookings at a glance.
  • Delete or release your bookings with just one click.
  • Create time registrations for one or multiple days at once in a single step.
  • Option to review and edit existing time registrations.
  • Option to copy existing time registrations for quickly entering recurring bookings.
  • Option to add a frequently recurring time registration to favourites. This allows you to easily enter this booking again with minimal input next time. These favourites can also be managed separately.
